Thanksgiving Part I

What I'm thankful for today...

1. Our neighbors! We are so fortunate to be surrounded by people in our neighborhood who are so friendly, kind, and caring. This afternoon, one of the boys next door brought this over:

Pumpkin Cheesecake! Merci beaucoup :)
2. The surprise heat wave that continued today.

Yes, these were our early evening temperatures. It's a little funny that the weather is actually warmer than the majority of the summer was! This meant that my legs got some sun exposure :)

3. Sunny Autumn Days. Although I love Summer and Winter, there's something about Autumn that makes me smile, especially when the weather is nice. It's the crisp scent in the air, the vibrant colours of the leaves, the perfect temperatures for jogging...love it!

Can't wait for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow! Count your blessings :)

  1. Are you in Canada? Haha. That's awfully nice of the boys to bring over pumpkin cheesecake. Happy Thanksgiving to you! I hope you have a great time!

  2. I sure am :). I kinda get the best of both worlds though because my mom's American...so we celebrate Thanksgiving twice a year!
